The Bait:
· 3 days 2 nights aboard the motor yacht “Connie Sue”
· All on-board expenses paid (charter, fuel, dockage, food, beverage, gratuity etc.)
· Your choice of 2 destinations
    a. First day and night Bimini, Bahamas second Freeport, Bahamas, third day at sea
    b. First day and night Bimini, Bahamas second South Beach, Miami, third day on inter-coastal waterway
· Fishing equipment, snorkeling equipment, and a 15 foot tender are at your disposal

The Catch:
· New business placed with HBA between 03/01/02 to 01/01/03 will qualify
· Minimum placement of 600 total lives on any number of total cases
· Must be used by 6/01/03, maximum of 4 adults
· Transportation to and from Ft. Lauderdale, FL is not included
